I keep receiving an error (for 3 days now) when I try to add to sketchbook, I sign in and I get an error:
It's just one of those days. We're doing our best to get things back up and running.
If this is taking too long you can write us on the Forum, or check the Error Log.
The login is "case sensitive" along with the password.
It would be nice if you could include screen shots or error logs.
Working well from windows 7, 8 10, server 2012 here in chrome, firefox, edge right here.
Also dont forget you must use the browser for which you installed the certificate.
So you cant use firefox if you installed for chrome etc.
Each browser needs its own certificate.
Maybe its a network issue at your end ?
Have you tried without your antivirus etc turned on to make sure they are not blocking anything ?
Do you have the plugin installed in your toolbar ?
If so it should be a bluish colour. (arduino teal)
Any other colour is usually an indication of an issue.
The plugin also has an option for opening a DEBUG CONSOLE.
That will open an almost empty web page which will gather information as you try to get into create.

@njhudak thanks for your report, this should not have anything to do with you importing your sketchbook or logging it, that message appears if one of the servers is down.
Are you still able to replicate the issue? If so could you send us a screenshot of what you see with the browser console open?
