trying to make a boarduino

hi i am trying to make a boarduino i have already BIT BANG the IC with my other arduino and uploaded a simple blink code and it worked fine. but when i put all in a breadboard its not working

a bit hard to see what's going on do you have a schematic picture?

also take a look at the resistor that is probably the current limiter for the LED in the top right corner seems to me it is connected between ground and 5 volts!

Have you made certain of the caps size used with the crystal, lots of people misread the value on the caps.

The Boarduino (and all other good designs) has four 0.1uF bypass capacitors, your circuit has none.

Don’t you somehow have to supply power to the input of your voltage regulator?
