I guess the reason the yellow is given for the block being occupied is so i can use the yellow. Because the only blocks that are on the layout are the ones in the code. Or instead of that It could goto yellow and after a time delay goto green. Here is the updated code. Ill try to finish the wiring so i can start testing.
