Trying to program TinyTV

Hello everyone. I recently got the TinyTV kit, and was hoping to be able to make some minor modifications to the behavior of the software that came on it. I found this:

It says:

  • Tools -> Board -> "TinyScreen+"
  • Tools -> Port -> "COM##(TinyScreen+)"

However, when I look under Board, there is no TinyScreen+ option... Nor is there a COM##(TinyScreen+) ... When I take the usb cable connected to the TinyTV and plug it into my computer, I see under ports: "/dev/cu.usbmodem1101"

I tried going into the board manager to see if I needed to install "TinyScreen+", but nothing seems to show up under "Tiny" ...

Does anyone know what I am missing?

It says "data sync" so I assume it should be good for using with arduino dev?

No, and I don't see that anywhere in the instructions! Where does it say to do that???
