Trying to programm ATtiny45 using UNO as ISP

Hi,

I'm trying with no luck to upload blink sketch to ATtiny45.
I have Arduinop Uno and I follow this tutorial: Index of /. Normally I use IDE v. 022 (Debian linux), but I tried 21, 23 and 1.0 as well, different attiny cores, disabled reset with 10uF capacitor or with 120ohm but I'm still having this error:

java.lang.NullPointerException
	at processing.app.debug.AvrdudeUploader.getProgrammerCommands(AvrdudeUploader.java:97)
	at processing.app.debug.AvrdudeUploader.uploadUsingPreferences(AvrdudeUploader.java:58)

	at processing.app.Editor$46.run(Editor.java:2219)
	at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:636)

I have no idea what is the problem. I can upload sketches to Uno, I could burn the bootloader to ATmega168, but it doesn't work with ATtiny... I hope You can help me.

Looks like a software problem in the IDE.
Do you have another computer to try?
What if you invoke AVR-DUDE directly?

Yes, you are right. The problem is between IDE and avrdude.
I compiled sketch with IDE and than I managed to upload hex file using avrdude in command line. It works fine. I think IDE uses other avrdude conf file than command line does. I'll check that later.
Now I'm just happy that it works.
