Trying to read the miso channel

Hello,
I am making a project to communicate with to CC11200em antenna’s over SPI with arduino.
I’am trying to read a register out but when I look at my oscilloscope I don’t see a signal. It’s high en stay that way. The channel is connected to the miso wire.
Does anybody now what I’m doing wrong?
I read a value to a register en try to read the same value.
The code:

#include “SPI.h”
int del=10;
int reg = 0x0B;
int waarde = 0x33;
int data = 0;
int schrijven = 0x00;
int lezen = 0x01;
void setup()
{
Serial.begin(19200);
pinMode(SS, OUTPUT);
pinMode(MISO, INPUT);
pinMode(MOSI, OUTPUT);
pinMode(SCK, OUTPUT);

SPI.setBitOrder(MSBFIRST);
SPI.begin();
}

void loop()
{
writeValue(reg, waarde);
data = readValue(reg);
Serial.println(data);
delay(del);
}

void writeValue(int adres, int value)
{
int newadres = 0;
newadres = (schrijven << 7) | adres;
digitalWrite(SS, LOW);
SPI.transfer(newadres);
SPI.transfer(value);
digitalWrite(SS, HIGH);
}
int readValue (int adres)
{
int miso = 0;
int newadres = 0;
newadres = (lezen << 7) | adres;
digitalWrite(SS, LOW);
SPI.transfer(newadres);
miso=SPI.transfer(0x00);
digitalWrite(SS, HIGH);
return miso;
}

Did you already tried another SPI mode,different SPI speed?
There are 4 modes, maybe your radio uses another
You can find this info in the datasheet of the radio.
I had tried to search for CC11200em but I get no results.
