Trying to understand how to fix this problem

Hey guys, pretty new here.. I'll give you some context and my question.
I am trying to control an rc car with 2 xbees and arduino unos.

I have this code, but I cannot figure out what would be the problem..
I have included a picture with the error..here's the code; for the life of me I cannot figure it out.
