TTGO ESP+LoRa+GPS Board. Anyone used it?

Hi there!
I need to build a device that can broadcast its GPS coordinates thru LoRa.
Im thinking on this device that seems to have everything I need all in one:

I don't really need the ESP chip, but it will be used as a general programming microcontroller, I would switch off the radio so it doesn't use power.

I don't know how realiable this board would be. Has anyone tried it?
