When ever i want to upload my code in my Arduino with TTL converter

There were no header files found in the libraries\tests or libraries\utilities folders
Why did you not copy the error messages and post them here rather than a screen shot ?
The "Copy error messages" button is a bit of a clue as to how to do it

I think that there is more to it; it's an upload error according to the orange bar

In that case we would not have known that OP has selected a Nano 
But I agree.
But if OP is using a Nano, why does he/she use a TTL converter? And when using a TTL converter, is the reset line of the board connected to the DTR line of the converter?
