TTL Input

I have a device that accepts a TTL input through a D-sub. I simply want to turn on and off the device using the Arduino. How should I connect the Arduino to device ?

Based on the very limited information provided, the forum cannot even guess.

Are you able to provide more information on this 'Device' ?

Yes, Here is the link of the device (it is an optical shutter):

Well historically TTL = Transistor Transitor Logic which was mostly 5V. So maybe a 5V output fron an Arduino would control the device.

The device link you posted leads you to a Manual, which clearly shows the TTL pinout in the D15 connector.

Pin 13 is TTL signal.
Pin 10 is ground.
