ttl line senser to arduino

do you know how to hook up line following module to arduino

Each sensor output will connect directly to an Arduino pin. It will also need feeding with +5V and wire up a common ground.

However, there is nothing on the page to tell you what pins are what but you should be able to tell easily from looking at the board.

EDIT - A closer look at the picture shows two pins marked Vcc and GND, along with a regulator. Therefore to power this you don't need 5V but any voltage from 6.5 to 15. I notice there is no capacitor on the input, this is a bit penny pinching and I would fit one on both input and output of the regulator.

do i need analog or digital input?

If it's TTL, then digital.
