Turn LED on/off using Java

Hi, folks
I'm new so sorry for this simple question.
I want to turn on and off a LED (with two buttons in Java) connected to my arduino. I connect the arduino with my pc using USB. I already "installed" RTXT (I'm using eclipse to program the Java file). Now my question is if you could show me the Java and the arduino code I have to use if i want to do this. Sorry for my bed english and thanks for your help.
