Turn signal for bicycle by Bluetooth

Hi, I'm not very good at English. I can Connecting 2 Arduinos by Bluetooth using a HC-05 and a HC-06. I need help My project turn signal LED for bicycle.
I need send Arduino to Arduino via Bluetooth HC-05(master) and HC-06(slave)
This my code ,need you more help code send Arduino to Arduino.
