I am using a mkr wifi1010 . I have created a thing and am connected to the IoT Cloud.
I can turn an LED on and off using the Dash.
The mrk 1010 is powered via the usb lead on my lap top. Now I assume when I go into the dash and turn the switch it is communicating via the wifi and not though the usb lead.
So if I disconnect the mkr 1010 and power it via a 5v battery or plug the usb into another pc. The dash control on the original pc should still control it, but it doesn't
I'm obviously misunderstanding how the wifi works.
Could some one explain.
