TV out help

Hello, i need help for the libraries tv out. My problem is:

I have 1 Arduino uno and i need to show in the screen “Pulse counter” whit serial communication.
When i tried to show this to the screen, don’t show the numbers cunts.
(i’m new with arduino, if someone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it)
