i compiled the tvout library on my mega and connected it to tv. nothing happened. blue screen turned to black. tryed both ntsc and pal.. help me

How?
It only gives composite video not RF so you need to connect it to a video in not an antenna socket.
going from blue to black is mostly a good sign. what resolution did you set or are you just testing the demo? I believe the demo uses 128x96.
