two pwm freqeuncies with two timers

Hi

im using an Arduino Uno. I want two pwms with timer1 and timer2 because timer0 chnges the behavior of delay. I need a frequency of 100kHz and 10kHz.

I´ve read this articles

but i don´t know the code i have to write at all.

Can anybody explain to me what i have to do?
