I just got my first Arduino Due and I have two questions:
Firstly: is it normal, that I have to push the restart-button on my Due-board after uploading a sketch to get it work?
And secondly: I always have to plug-in the Due twice before uploading a sketch, because after the first plug-in there is written:
no device found on com port... How could I fix this?

let me guess: Your due is a clone ...
I got the info from the shop, that this would be an "old" version of the board. Right now, i am waiting for a spare due with the "new" design, which shall reset automatically ...

You are right, my Due is from Sainsmart. 
But I have read sth. about setting the Due-baud-rate and some other settings in a kind of settings-file
and flashing this on the Due should fix this.
Has anyone heard of this method, yet?
I flashed the original flashware to the atmega (which is delivered with the ide), but it doesn't work though
