Assuming budget is not an issue - I wonder if there is something like the follow:
a two sided transparent screen that is possible to project on both screen either the same or different objects and to receive data of each screen x and y coordinates along side with pressure?

I assume you are looking for a transparent touchscreen that can both display as well as project.
As of my knowledge I don't know of anything that exists based on your description.
But the description of the device you are giving is probably possible to make.
Samsung has created their own transparent screen for display. You could probably attach a portable projector onto it to achieve what you are describing. But Samsung's transparent screen is most likely not for commercial sale.
