I can't give much more specific comment because I have no idea what your final intent is. The topic was originally 2 pumps, then evolved into 8 relays. You might be able to find a notebook PS with as much 2A but they're usually pretty small. All I've been doing was to point you in the kinds of directions you need to be to think about how to make these decisions.
I also have no clue what your final installation is. For example if it's a place where kids might be around then a wall wart / cable wart fully sealed PS is OK. Those are designed to be around people and not hurt them. But a PC PS has vent holes that a kid or any random unknowing person can -very- easily stick a piece of wire or other metal into and blow themselves up. Those PS -aren't- designed to -not- be in a PC case that protects people from the PS.
About the worst thing someone answering a Q can do is offer information based on insufficient data. That's why the most common thing that happens here is a question followed by 4 questions coming back asking 'what's this for?' and 'what does that mean?' No one here wants to design your project. Everyone wants to show you how to think about designing your project, so for the next time you won't need to ask the same Q, you'll already know how to figure out the answer yourself. I think you should have all the information you need to make proper decisions. If you don't think so then you need to say exactly where/why.
OK
