Two way audio/voice communication using Arduino

i want to develop a 2-way audio communication system using 2 piece of Arduino uno and NRF24L01-2.4Ghz transceiver radio module.

expecting any kind of help!!

That will be difficult to achieve with an Arduino. What do you want to do that a normal 2-way radio can't do?
