Dear sir,
I recently got the arduino deumilanove board. I have connected usb cable via PC. I found tx and Rx light are always HIGH.
The Serial port is not detecting
I tried with replacing atmega IC then also tx and rx led are high.
Please suggest me how can i resolve the issue
