U-blox nina-b306 vs nrf52840 + antenna

Hi,
Tried searching the forum and Google but didn't find an answer.

What's the benefit of using a u-blox nina-b306 when it is essentially an nrf52840 with a pcb antenna?

Is the b306 less expensive? Easier to flash? Pcb placement?

I have a project coded for the nano 33 ble and am looking to duplicate the system so I was hoping to find a good cost effective solution.

Did you tried using Nrf52840 only? I am also working on something similar.
I have uploaded Nano ble 33 sense bootloader on nrf52840 development kit by nordic. Basic examples are working fine but tensor flow person detection not working properly.
