U8 motor control

Hello! I just found out my tank chassis didn't work. I was wondering how to use the U8 (below) to control the direction of 2 DC motors. I could then build another one for a tank. Thanks!
I'm using an arduino uno.

What are the specifications of your motors?
What is your power supply for the motors?

Thanks! I'm planning on using 12v motors with a 9V power supply.
