uh oh i accidently set my nanos baud rate to 11520 not 115200 now i cant upload. how can i set back to 9600 baud rate??? i think i need to clean flash but i cant upload code. is there a way to clean it manually

What type of Nano is it ?
When you say that you set the baud rate incorrectly, how did you do that exactly ? If you did it using Serial.begin() then that has no effect on subsequent uploads.
What happens when you try to upload a simple sketch ?
at first nothing uploads i dont know what nano is it, its CH340 and i program it with UNO setting (atmel 328 = atmel 328)
by accident. its not on list but with 9600 bauds i can read correct data
also its old bootloader i test it now, and now i can also upload :))))))))
