ULN2003A

Will it work that way? I looked at the datasheet and still do not understand. Does the ULN2003a 1 to 7 pins or ( 1B to 7B) IN required to be positive voltage? The RGB led is common anode. The red wire is positive voltage and the other is ground. Please help me.

Your led is on the wrong side of the IC (should go to pin 16) and there is no series resistor to limit the current. Your control signal should go to pin 1. Pin 8 should be GND and pin 9 (COM) should be Vcc.

my bad, thanks for fix it up. If I want to control signal mean must be a voltage current into between 1 to 7 pin? if so, Can the ground connect into between 1 to 7 pin waiting for control signal also?

If pin 1-7 is at ground (0v), the corresponding output will be off.
