Hi I'm having trouble communicating with a SEN-00078 ultra sonic rangefinder.
The problem is I'm still learning how to use my Adruino uno R3.
Do I need to ad a library for the rangefinder and if so where do i find it, or do i have to write the code myself?
I'm trying to turn a servo based on the reading from the rangefinder.

Where did you get the module? The only reference I could find to a "SEN-00078" module is in the catalog of http://netram.co.za/ (SKU: SEN-00078 ). What they are selling is actually the Seeed Studio SEN136B5B. You can find the wiki here:

Like most ultrasonic range finder modules you send it a pulse and measure the time the output goes high. In this model the input and output are the same pin so you have to switch the pin from OUTPUT (to send a trigger pulse) to INPUT (to read the signal pulse). The wiki contains a sample program.
