Just to make sure we're all singing from the same hymnsheet
I dont have the sensor as yet but because the project I am doing now I have Hc-sr04 sensors and they aren't water resistant I wanted to choose a water resistant sensor that I can source locally and that's the only type I can get.
But do you have the RS485 hardware?

Perhaps the reasons would be more clear to you if you read the informative sticky posts at the top of the forum.

I havent bought anything I am trying to find out if this sensor can work with the arduino if yes then I could purchase it and the required parts.
