How to wire the thing will be shown in the datasheet of the sensor.
That same datasheet will tell you how to communicate with it.
Enter the part number with "datasheet" in Google and if it exists you have a good chance finding it. If it doesn't, or you don't have a part number, your best bet is to ask the seller.
