can any one help me with this in simplest manner

Have you followed the Arduino as ISP tutorial?

yes i followed this method.

Same error message is appearing i tried to install the bootloader to another arduino board , results are same error message .Am sure that bootloader has issues can repair it or i need to buy new one

The error is due to communication not happening , unlikely to be a bootloader issue - bootloader is free with the ide anyway.

You need to follow those instructions very carefully , it’s easy to get it wrong . Test your usb lead by uploading a simple program first

I've the same issue I've been trying to solve from last 2-3 days but cannot solve the issue. After I tried to burn bootloader using another arduino

avrdude done.  Thank you.

This error I got. I've been using the boards from last 2-3 months but last time I tried to use atmel-ice debugger with arduino and got this issue. Please help me to solve.

Even I tried to override the verification, still no success.
