Unable to connect to my cell provider

Hello all and Happy New Year!,
I've been forced to move from the MKR GSM1400 platform to this new MKR 1500NB which should by all accounts make me impervious to cell provider upgrades. (Especially those that involve eliminating 2G). Here's my problem, I contacted T-Mobile here in the US and obtained two new SIMs that are supposed to now be provisioned for my original cell numbers used with the GSM1400. I assumed (wrongly?) that all I had to do was plug one into my 1500NB, attach an antenna and power, and voila it would now connect to T-Mobile via 4g and give me access to the IOT-NB network. It doesn't. Back in 2019 thie following was posted by Rohling and I see I am encountering the same problem. I inherently believe this is due to T-Mobile but there was never a reply posted in all 977 views:
Connection error AT output

Does anyone know what is causing this and how to address it?
Many thanks in advance.

A follow-up for those interested. It was in fact my cell provider. After considerable detective work I discovered that T-Mobile does not support the SARA-R410M-02B modem. AT&T and Verizon do. I now have anew provider and a functioning connection.
