Unable to enter network details in Arduino Cloud

Hi
I am trying to set up a R4 Wifi on the cloud.
Created a "THING" and associated a device.
The option to enter network details is not selectable.
Can anyone help with this?

Hi @anon6686873. Please try this workaround for the problem:

  1. If you are not already, log in to your Arduino account:
    https://login.arduino.cc/login
  2. Click the following link to open the list of your Arduino Cloud Things in the web browser:
    https://app.arduino.cc/things
  3. Click the name of the Thing.
The "Setup" page for the Thing will open.
  4. Click the "Detach" button under the "Associated Device" section of the page.
  5. Click the "Select Device" button under the "Associated Device" section of the page.
The "Associate device" dialog will open.
  6. Select the UNO R4 WiFi Device from the dialog.
    The dialog will close.

You should now be able to click the "Configure" button under the "Network" section of the page, and configure your network credentials.

Please let me know if you have any questions or problems while following those instructions.

Hi
Thank you
The link provided has allowed me to put in my internet details but the board is still not connected to the internet or do I get the option for OTA.
I have tried doing this several times over the last few months and not getting anywhere.
Can you please advise further how to get this working?

I have also noticed that even though I have installed the agent. When I press "Get started" the agent does not load no matter how long I leave it.
