Unable to find correct port

Hi,

I am unable to find the correct port (USB) for my board. Screenie: http://cl.ly/202M1a0P3w2O3J0Z2R41

I'm assuming that it is a drivers issue, but the troubleshooting guide doesn't say what to do for OS X.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Having the exact same problem. Can't upload to my Duemilanove b/c I can't get USB to show up in tools>Serial Port. Only options I have are the ones in the screen shot above.

I have the same problem.
Initially, my arduino port was working when I installed the uno driver via device manager

Now, the serial port com5 for my arduino is unavailable after I pressed the reset button :S strange
