Every OTP code sent fails.
Ask for a recovery code, but none is sent.
Any no help desk to solve this.
What has happened to the great Arduino company I used to know.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by that.

Thank you for your quick response. I was unaware that login via email versus google account would be handled differently.
I was frustrated that I could not find any straight forward link for dealing with account problems versus developer problems.
