Unable to recover my account

Hello all,

I need technical support. I can’t log in to my account. I tried to recover it by email, but I’m not receiving any recovery messages. I was even able to create a new account using the same email as my original one.

I’m sure I used the correct email, which also appears in my Authenticator app. Please help me recover my original account.

P.S. It seems I regained access to my account by registering a new one with the same email address. This must be a huge security issue that should be checked ASAP!

Strange... "you have no account" and "that count is active" at the same time. It is possible you were not signed-out... maybe a browser left open, keeping the cache active. Your avatars show "2014".

Tech fails at the worst time. Last evening through this morning, my phone decided not to allow calls. No reason. It just started working ... eight hours later. No reason.

It was my first login today after a couple of years away. I tried using my old password but couldn’t log in, so I decided to reset it. However, I didn’t receive the recovery email (I also checked my spam folder).

I then created a new account using the same email address. Now, I can access my old forum account and see my previous posts, but when I log in to the Arduino Cloud IDE, my username appears as nebulae2 (new username) instead of nebulae.

This issue could be a serious security risk.
