Unable to set up Arduino web editor in Windows 10

Well, what happens after I click START is very little.
No invitation to select 32 or 64 bit.
In fact no indication of anything I need to do next.
Just a dumb screen which accepts no inputs, with URL:

  • In other words, a dead-end.

Any ideas anybody?
