unable to upload sketch

I have had a working robot and have not used it for about a week or two. I just tried to verify and upload my changes and it would not upload my sketch. I was able to verify, but I couldn't connect to my board.

Is there a problem with the system, or is it just me?

The system is up and running here.

May I suggest you read this and add any missing information.

Also ensure you have nothing connected to pins 0 and 1 for uploads.
As that is a common stumbling block to uploads.
