Unable to upload to Nano Every 4808 /4809

i just go an every mega4808 board. propper arduino and all. in the board manager i select the every, but it only have the option to select 4809 chip. so it wont communicate and upload the board. i cant finde any avr options in the board manager to select a 4808 chip. board info also brings up nothing worth anything.
Am i doing some thing wrong or is there a work around? prety poor that arduino authentic board does not come up in the ide.

Arduino does not have a board with 4808 and hence it is not supported (read: in the board manager). You will have to install a so-called core. GitHub - MCUdude/MegaCoreX: An Arduino hardware package for ATmega4809, ATmega4808, ATmega3209, ATmega3208, ATmega1609, ATmega1608, ATmega809 and ATmega808 supports the 4808.

ok sounds like my problem. once i open the page it looks like arduino code. how do i ad that? do i copy past it some where?
