Unattended Install for Adrunio 2.x

Hello,

I know this has been asked 1,000 times, and just wanted some definitive answer. Unlike 1.8.19, why aren't all users truly supported in 2.x? I know we can use arduino-cli core install arduino:avr in a post-install, but it doesn't always work.

I was hoping that was on the roadmap, or at least a detailed way to get this installed on lab machines where a new user will be logging in all the time. As you can imagine, an engineering school needs to teach students, and we don't want them to have to wait and download libraries and such.

I was also hoping we could move files from LocalAppData and create some sort of local repo that we simply push files to. Or at least, load the local repo when a student logs in, but then have the ability to download new libraries if needed.

It seems this software was designed with a single-user computer that always has admin rights (which is a trend for a lot of software). However, this becomes complicated when IT admins have to use tricks and such, just to get the student to use a computer. Not to mention, we need to do this on a scale of over 1,000 computers.
