Understanding the wave of 433mhz (Audacity REC)

Hello Forum
at a garage sale I found a remote control. I did read with a 433mhz Modul the binary code but I do not know how decoding the binary code.
in the picture I have a portion of the wave illustrated with audacity - that's 10001 or 01110?

Unfortunately its not possible to know without more information about the control.
What is it intended to control, and what ICs are inside it ?
