its showing unknown language text. someone please help me with this thing and also guide me how can i fix this issue .
Your screenshot shows IDE 2.3.2 hence your topic has been moved to the dedicated IDE 2.x section of the forum.

you obviously are using a nightly build version
I guess the easiest way would be to use the major release 2.3.1 from
https://www.arduino.cc/en/software
which might not have this issue ...

As my Arduino IDE 2.3.1 uses English for the Serial Plotter it was just a try.

already set.everything is okey only serial plotter is showing random language display .

unfortunately without being solved there.
It does not seem to be a widely known issue.
If you cannot get support here you might open an issue at github:

No guarantee but the closest you can come to experts regarding the Arduino IDE and its Serial Plotter.
