Unlimited word recognition for speech to text with arduino. Is there such a possibility?
I just need to recognize the word and print it out to serial monitor.
I checked EasyVR Shield 3.0 and I realized that it was very limited in the words it could recognize. is it true?

You're asking about a small, low powered computer to do a pattern recognition task (something computers are notoriously bad at) that even humans have a big problem with in their own language, let alone other languages!
Google is able to do this - there is possibility of voice input on Android phones. Maybe you can record the sound -> send to Google for analysis -> get answer and show it. No chance to do this localy on Arduino based on 8 bit AVR (i.e. Arduino Uno). Even the Android phone much much much more powerful than Arduino relies on help from Google servers (but it may be only data minig policy, IDK).
