Any body know how to use the BOE with the wifi shield above so that the robot shield can be used as normally built? My guess is that some combination of the 10 missing connections is necessary.
Also, the servo motor has to be powered on for the wifi shield to work.

The WiFi shield requires a connection to the ICSP pins on the Arduino for the SPI bus data lines. Unless you can find a way to reroute or extend those through the BOE, you can't have the Wifi shield on top of the BOE.
Can add a board like this to provide easy way to connect missing signals to the Wifi shield if it cannot access the ICSP header normally due to another board being in the way.
Connect D11-12-13 from one header and Reset, Power, Gnd from another.
