# UNO D1 R32 error loading sketch: Unable to verify flash chip connection (Invalid head of packet (0x01):

PS:  
I don't know whether this is relevant:  
When the board is plugged in it creates a network ESB\_0B04E09 That I can connect to without a password.  
When connected to ESB\_0B04E09, I can ping 192.168.4.1, but can't open that IPaddress in Safari or Chrome. Chrome responds with:

# This site can’t be reached

**192.168.4.1** refused to connect.

Try:

* [Checking the proxy and the firewall](chrome-error://chromewebdata/#buttons)

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
