Uno I2C problem with MCP3425 SOT23-6 eval board (ADC)

Hi,

I have been trying to make my Arduino Uno work with MCP3425 SOT23-6 Evaluation board, but no success. Could you help me out? I connected A4 pin to SDA and A5 pin to SCL with pull-up resistor, and when I probe, the SDA and SCL pins, they look almost the same. Somehow SDA looks the same as clock signal without signs of any data traffic. I checked if there is any short, but couldn’t find it. In the serial monitor window, I don’t see anything. Here is my code:
