Fake Arduino Uno showing stk500 error while uploading, tried to burn bootloader and uploading ISP which were both unsuccessful, also I tried everything have that Chinese driver and its showing connected

One think to keep in mind: When you do an Upload Using Programmer it erases the bootloader. So, after doing that, you will need to do a Burn Bootloader before you can go back to uploading over the Uno's USB jack as usual.
