I was logging in as administrator of my PC, installed the UNO plug-in on Windows 10, got a Window warning and enabled the installation to be completed, and got error message 'Installed Plug-in not detected'.
There should have been at least two warnings and possibly a third.
One for a Certificate for the specific browser you want to use for CREATE.
Another for Drivers
And possibly one for firewall permissions.
All three would need to be YES or ALLOW to get the plugin to work.
