UNO R3 application board

We are using Arduino microcontrollers: ATmega328P and ATmega16U2 to control the Max306EUI 16-channel MUX, we have built the PCB board. But the board doesn't work after flashing the firmware.
I think it is the schematic problem, does anyone have service to help customer to build the UNO R3 application board, I can send you our circuit design schematic to be verified and corrected, if you can help to build the PCB board , that is great, how much does it cost, please send us a quote. Thanks

• Flashing the firmware to the board
• PC can find the Arduino R3 MCU by USB serial port
• But the commands do not work with the Arduino IDE, Upload Examples->Basic->Blink, I have got the following error message:

You need to flash the 16U2 firmware as well as the 328P bootloader. Did you?

The Arduino Uno R3 PCB situation is PC can find the board USB-Serial port after using Atmel Flip to upload the USB-serial firmware . Also, I have installed the bootloader to Atmaga328. The board doesn’t accept the command from the Arduino IDE, I assume the board schematic has issue. The Error message is:

Sketch uses 13174 bytes (40%) of program storage space. Maximum is 32256 bytes.

Global variables use 1115 bytes (54%) of dynamic memory, leaving 933 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2048 bytes.
