The Arduino Uno R3 PCB situation is PC can find the board USB-Serial port after using Atmel Flip to upload the USB-serial firmware . Also, I have installed the bootloader to Atmaga328. The board doesn’t accept the command from the Arduino IDE, I assume the board schematic has issue. The Error message is:
