Uno r3 failing to upload, "programmer not responding"

listed below are the error messages recieved within arduino IDE. ive done all the troubleshooting i can think of, including from arduinos website. what can i do? i dont want to buy a new board.

Some points/questions

  1. What is the project that you're working on when it failed?
  2. Correct com port selected?
  3. Anything connected to pins 0 and 1?
  4. If your Uno does not use the CH340 TTL-to-USB converter, what is the result of the loopback test?
